They refused to come last night when it was an emergency. They mentioned there would be a charge for an emergency. The next day they arrived did the job in 45 minutes gave me a reasonable bill, but then slapped on a 300 dollar emergency …Hey Ray Bob Coddington owner of BC electric when you call my cell phone last night at 10:00 and I answered it had you send me pictures told you I couldn't get anybody out in the rain last night and you said the power company said it was okay I told you I'd get you on the schedule today called you back this morning let you know the guys will be out this afternoon quoted you the price on the phone that you'd be between 5:00 and $600 and the bill came out to be 5:40 My guys wrote you $240 for their time and there's a $300 emergency service call for canceling another job today it's exactly what you were quoted sorry you're upset it seemed very happy I was sending the guys out when I talked to you this morning and I did quote you that exact amount on the phone actually came out cheaper than what I quoted you appreciate the great review and we don't need you to refer us to anybody we stay very busy everyday we only do quality work and if you look at all my other reviews they're normally five stars sorry you're unhappy
