BEWARE!!! I ended up getting a rental from here. My car was hit while unoccupied and parked. Beware!!! If you pay for full coverage insurance they are going to try to overcharge you for more insurance. I was overcharged for extra insurance on the rental after the lady helping me with the rental kept insisting over and over to get more coverage on the rental. I felt overwhelmed and pushed into buying more coverage for the car. Don’t let them pressure you call your insurance company to see if they cover you while you drive a rental or rent a car from someone else.

Fantastic customer service! They didn't have the van I had reserved but they gave us a better car for the same price and we ended up upgrading to a Chevy Tahoe for a slight increase - great deal. Car was super clean. Check in/out was super easy. And they even gave me a ride home when I returned the loaner. The Enterprise employees went above and beyond! Actually, best car rental experience EVER!!
