"Nancy Deroin" you are correct this employee is an A!@ very rude. I always check online and track my mail. I will get a package and it tells me that my package is available for pick up. One day I went to pick it up at 9 am. I was told by a male hispanic that he could not give me my package because all mail is out until 11am. I told him that on the post office webpage it said it it READY for pick up, he still refused. I asked to speak with the supervisor. He told me the same thing. I told him that no where on the webpage does it says that I have to wait until 11 am, it said it was ready for pick up. I feel this is done locally and not a USPS rule. I stood my ground and raised my voice, I looked at the people present waiting for their turn and said '' all of these people are my witness that you are refusing to give me my mail" he said he would make an exception and give me my mail. Funny how the next person in line was there to pick up his package, he had to make another exception. I understand we will have those rough days, but come on, it did not have to escalate to this point, the employees obviously are lacking training in PR.

TRASH. THIS GOVERNMENT job refuses to pay its employees. Making them go multiple paychecks without being paid. Underpayes for tons of hours of work. Harrasing them in parking lots and refusing to treat their employees with the bare minimum of respect and decency.

I find it Very concerning that this year after our rout post person was changed that we’ve encountered More mail mistakes and missing arrivals. Today I received someone else’s mail, this I fine very concerning cause this is not the first time. To whom do I report this continuation of mistakes to? Once again today , I saw it with my own eyes . A change of postal delivery person , he parked in front of our home under our shade tree . 10-12-2020 approximately 11:15 am tell 12:15 using his cell phone perhaps on some type of break. Different postal person , we had our election ballots out and rather skeptical about what’s in the news as far as ballots . He did not pick up our mail and did not return for the day. Concerning I’d say !

Let me get this right...my mail was left in my box on Thursday, then today, mail was stuffed in my box and the mail was left again. When I talked to the mail lady, she says she can't pick it up she because she is late to make the truck. I need to try again tomorrow or to go to PO and drop it off. They can put junk mail in the box, but can't take what is in there out? 5 days to mail a letter because of the holiday. Not happy.

Last Friday, Aug. 28 at 5 pm, I filled out a transfer mail form to P.O. Box 312 Huntington Beach, Ca. 92648. I wanted any official mail sent there. We own this 80685 Wicket Lane home, as a second home and we are receiving multiple packages there, as we are renovating it now. After talking to the postman on Saturday morning, he said the ordered packages we have been waiting for, would now be transferred to Huntington Beach. Oops! We need those packages this week and next. The woman who helped me check off the top left box, which indicated the transfer was good for all family members, was very helpful. She wore glasses, was slender and about 5' 7". The lobby was closed, as it was 5:00pm. Is there anyway we could throw that mail transfer card away and continue mail & package delivery to 89685 WIcket Lane? We know our HB post office personnel and I could even have one of them talk to you on the phone, while I was present, if I could get an Indio P.O. phone number. Thank you. Tom Moon
I'm not sure. My best guess would have to be, to first report the incident to the authorities (police) ASAP! As far as replacing your mailbox may be determined by whether you "Own" or "Rent", I'm fairly sure that that the burden will fall on the homeowner(s). I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask the postal workers either. Good luck!
Yes they do
Not sure if it is
No
Yes, just swing by or order through usps
It seems that the Riverside County Tax Collector only recognizes your address when selecting "ST" for the street type. When selecting "DR" for the street type, "No Result Found" is returned. However when running your address through USPS address validation when inputting "SHERMAN ST" it gets converted to "SHERMAN DR". I only tried this with your specific street number so a different street number may return different results but doubtful. No you just get the new paperwork and send in the old passport along with it. Once they verify everything they return back everything.
You can go to the post office and let them know to put a hold on you're mail and that you will pick it up there while you're box is repaired. Hope that helped.
They usually have a spare, if you have never got one, there should be no charge. They can also put a new lock with new key also. Hope that helped.
On Saturdays the lobby closes at 6pm, The entire building is closed on Sunday(s).
If it's postal owned box 50$ for post office to replace,Do it your self drill out the lock the lock mechanism can be bought home depot or a lock shop. If box is new key laying in the box. If a apt unit box your apt. Office maintenance will replace
Only open 9am to 1pm on Saturday
There's a form at the post office
