I spent 3 hours at the Kaiser urgent care yesterday. This morning the nurse practioner at my doctors office made this appointment for me at 3:15pm. I got there at 3 and the receptionist with the braided hair was the most courteous and understanding and helpful person I've had help me in a long time. Nurse Practioner Polina Makedonsky took care of my problem and I was out the door by 3:30pm. Both of these ladies were professional and friendly and I had a really good experience.

So much easier than trying to get a quick appointment with the doctors office. I usually can walk right in to have my kids sports physical done fast. Every once and a while there is a little wait, because it does get busy. But over all I have been there several times and had no problem. I also like that I can fill my Kaiser prescriptions they give right there in the store instead of having to got to another Kaiser facility.

The receptionist at the clinic (braided hair name starts with a C) does not do her job correctly. Firstly there is a clipboard she keeps hidden behind her desk that you need to sign in on. I got cut in line by someone who just reached for it behind her desk even though everyone else was clearly waiting their turn in line, receptionist said nothing.Then when it was my turn she simply did a visual check of the chairs for me and didn't bother to call my name verbally so I got skipped even though I was standing right next to the glass at the entrance. Apparently she skipped me because she was mad that I let everyone know on the way in that there was a secret sign in sheet if they didnt want to be cut.

I absolutely love this clinic! The facility is brand new, clean and has all of the latest and greatest equipment. The service is amazing! The staff on hand is knowledgeable and the Doctors take there time to make sure they are addressing all of your concerns. I never feel rushed! They can see you for almost anything that a regular Kaiser office could see you for with the exception of x-ray machines and major injuries.

If you’re Kaiser Permanente member: Eligible members who get a new prescription during a Target Clinic visit can fill the first prescription at the CVS pharmacy located at the same Target. After that, all refills must be filled at a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy. Ask our Target Clinic staff if you’re eligible for a one-time fill. Your regular office visit copay, coinsurance, or deductible applies. Please note that if you’re a Kaiser Permanente Medicare member, you can’t fill any prescriptions at a CVS pharmacy. But you can fill prescriptions at any Kaiser Permanente pharmacy. If you’re not a Kaiser Permanente member: You can fill your prescriptions at the CVS pharmacy located in Target if you have a health plan that’s accepted by CVS pharmacies. If you’re not sure, contact your health plan to see if CVS pharmacies are included in its pharmacy network.
