I came here with my nephew for his birthday today, they made us pay for all kinds of things to only stay for an hour. There staff is extremely rude to kids. Half of the attractions were closed so if you didn’t have ultimate you would be bored. We asked for are money back bc we only were here for 10 mins and the majority of the time we sat down at the table we had to pay for. To only be here for a couple hours. And tbh if your gonna work with kids at least try and be nice and not scream at them . This place has roaches and other bugs all around it. The inside of the attractions have dirt all over them. And the bathroom are disgusting. The food is over priced and I would never bring the kids here again.

Good times. Took my 3 year old son. Lots of activity and broken into different sections based on age which ensured there were areas where 3 year old was not overwhelmed by older kids. A bit pricey, but was a great "beat the noon day heat" activity. Pizza was good. Reminded me of classic Pizza Hut pan Pizza. 8 bucks for 2 slices of pizza and a fountain drink. That could add up if you have hungry kids but was perfect for dad and toddler to split. Generally a cleaner facility than some of the other "jump parks" we have visited. Probably more fun for the 5 to 10 year old crowd.. but wasn't a bad way to spend 90 minutes of energy... and he was asleep in his carseat by the time we were pulling out of the paring lot
r well
Very Small compared to the competition. Short staffed on a Sunday. The climbing walls were shut down our entire time there. The just jumping area was less than half the area of other parks. Food and beverage was a nightmare. Be prepared to wait a long time(20+mins) even if you order online. Staff was nice.

I would have absolutely given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the food, bathrooms, and tables you were supposed to eat at. My husband and our 2 kids(11 & 7) went for the first time yesterday. All the attractions were so much fun! There were many parties going on so it was packed. The wait in lines wasn’t bad at all except for having to tell unattended children to go behind you as they were just doing whatever they pleased and were jumping in front of the kids in line. We waited in line for the food a good 15-20 minutes. We ordered chicken tenders, fries, and wings. We waited 30-35 minutes for our food at a dirty table. There were no workers cleaning anything in the eating area. The food felt and looked as if it were microwaved. We couldn’t eat it. So $60 worth of food was thrown away bc none of us could stomach it. We will go back but learned a few lessons. The bathroom floor in the men’s rest room was soaked and keep in mind you are wearing Urban Air socks you have to purchase. So cleanliness needs major improvements but the attractions were great and our kids had a lot of fun.

Right
It's $35 per kid if they want all the activities' like $25 for most of the activities and $10 if you want the trampolines only
Yes
Got tickets online plus filled out the wavier
The 5 and under is $9.99 and if they are under 41" they get the same as the deluxe package with all the trampolines, Ninja warrior courses, battle beam, wipeout, and the playground. Over 41" gets the ultimate package with all that stuff plus the rock climbing, rope course, sky rider, virtual reality, and leap of faith. Just took my 3 nephews there and me and my wife had a blast there, not to mention my nephews. also you have to buy their socks for like 2 or 3 bucks.
5.00 if you want to use the facilities with a child. Free if not.
