Locust grove is a very nice facility, very clean and the staff have always been nice,loving and attentive from my experience . I have been visiting family here for many many years. That being said I would like to bring to attention that there telephone system may be in serious need of updating. My grandmother has been in this facility for about 30 days for rehab therapy and has barely been able to call out to talk to family members with their landline phones. She had brought this issue to the attention of the nurses thinking it was maybe just her particular phone and they told her that everybody has trouble calling out or receiving calls. Even with the lines that go directly to the main receptionist desk. This is unacceptable .The telephone system is something that needs to be working 100%. This is dangerous in the event of an emergency call, and it’s not fair to the residents not being able to communicate with friends and family . This issue needs to be addressed and looked at promptly. ...In General I would like to thank this facility for given my family over the years wonderful loving care.Joseph, we value your feedback and take your concerns seriously.
