This location scammed me into a membership and then refused to cancel it. I came in an paid my dues and cancelled it and they never followed through. Also, their massages were weak. I did not like the massage therapists and I did not want to go back and I did not want a membership there anymore. It's impossible to get ahold of a manager. They have a random person work in the front desk as a scheduler and they do nothing else. They can't even file paperwork because I canceled a membership with them and they never finished it.

Trust every review that says this place is horrible management. If you still decide you want to give this place a shot, pay in cash or use a pre-paid credit card with barely enough on it, because they have now overcharged my card for hundreds of dollars. I emailed the owner originally to explain I wanted to try it out and asked what the real terms are. Yes, it is a membership. She explained that they do have a three-month membership, so I went for my first massage and then at the end, since it was a pretty good massage, agreed to the three month membership. I paid for three months of massages up front in January. The first one, in January, that first day, ended up being full "member price" by signing up then, not the discounted price they advertise everywhere, but whatever. I'd have had to pay for that plus the three months membership to get that, so I didn't care. I went back for my second massage about six weeks later, and it was awful. It was a young man who basically was like, "Yeah, I have no education, I couldn't get a job, so I went to massage school and got a job here. I don't really like it, but it is a job." Weirdest interaction ever. No one wants to get a massage from someone who clearly doesn't like their job, which was evident before he even literally said it aloud. I literally couldn't wait for that massage to be over. I decided to let my three month membership run out and not go back. Fast forward to June.... I check my credit card statement and find out that I was billed for two massages in May (what?) and one massage in June. This is the strangest thing ever. So I email the manager who was so quick to respond when I was first thinking about joining. No response. I called the location. Was told, "Oh, oops, they left it on auto renew. You will need to call back when a manager is in. I can't fix it for you." Tried the next day. No manager in. Called the Santa Clarita office. Was told only Barbara, the head manager who I had originally been emailing with, is the only person that can give a refund. Talked to an assistant manager. Emailed her my statements and my contract. She said she'd call Barbara and ask. She calls back. Barbara says no. How is this good business practice? I asked for her to have Barbara call me. That was two days ago. Barbara conveniently hasn't called me. I guess I will have to dispute the charges on my credit card. You have all been warned. Don't go here.
