When I brought my machine in the sewing machine repair man here, but only did he have one in stock, he installed it for me. He’s so very knowledgeable about the sewing machines, I will definitely be back!

When I dropped my machine off I was given an estimate of 175.00. I received a call stating my part had come in and my machine was ready. Was also told for repairs they only accept cash and the amount due was 175.00 my husband went to pick up the machine and was told the price was 250.00. I called to address the issue and was told I could call back and talk with the person that did the repair. WOW! I told him thanks for the repair and the lesson and I'd NOT BE RETURNING. Think i'll also report to the BBB.

Got to luv it! I come in from Bullhead City ,AZ too pick up all my supplies for my kirbys. My shampoos,belts, vacum bags!! Yup...they have supplies for sewing machines, etc. I even got a extra belt for my Kirby, "free" If I posted!! Which was fair. Customer service is always a pleasure. Thanks again for being there for us owner's who have Kirby. Keep up the good Work ... Also they service, Kirby an others vacum brand's. Again sales, service, parts. Have a good day!
