Friendly employees. They have a great selection of shoes. They also have a section of purses there. Very nice! The store is clean and neat. They have wallets up by the cash registers and you can get matching wallet and purse.

This store has gotten worse over the pandemic. The staff does not care if they sell shoes or not. All of them were unprofessional and more worried about calling off for the next shift than helping customers.

It depends on how long ago they were purchased and if tags are still attached Then yes they should exchange them
They should have ,they carry just about every kind of shoe you need.
