Rice was under cooked. Grilled chicken did not look like grilled chicken, no grill marks and yellow. Stir fried dish looked unappetizing, rice noodled sticking together, vegetables brownish instead fresh looking green, shrimp were not fresh, they were mushy. Also egg rolls were not fresh. Everything was served in styrofoam packaging. Very disappointed customers.

I have mixed thoughts about this place. On the one hand I know most people when they go into a restaurant named "pho-ever" order the pho noodles. But I wanted to see if the hue noodles which hardly any vietnamese restaurant makes well would be a surprise. No they were not a surprise. Mediocre at best. Spicy yes, flavor no. Try Mr. Pho in Oceanside. My vietnamese friend said they use Ox tail in their broth while most pho places do not as it's more expensive. I've eaten at all but the newest and Mr. Pho is my hands down favorite. Worth a visit to see for yourself.
