Rented an off road vehicle to do the trail system. My machine was in tip top shape. Everything was clean, nice, and new. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Wayne jr provided a fun informative all day tour (105 miles!) of many main Hatfield-McCoy historical site. Descended from the Hatfield line Wayne gave us interesting stories and gave us extra ride challenges when asked. Worth every penny!

My wife and myself had a great time at the Abbs Inn as well as our tour with Mountain top adventures. We received a phone call when we were aprox. an hour away detailing the check in as well as how to park our trailer in the parking lot. We happened to misplace our gas cap for the sxs. Cameron immediately contacted every local sxs parts supplier in the area for us. The rooms at Abbs inn were very clean and rustic feeling. The night before our scheduled group tour, a significant snow storm hit the area. We were the only ones to show up for the tour. Brad the tour guide is very good at what he does. The temperature was in the very low 20s yet he stopped at all of the advertised locations. Some were closed due to the storm. He frequently stopped, explained the normal path of the tour and offered safer routes due to trail conditions. He gave us the choice on which way to go. We will definitely be back to venture out with Brad. Hopefully with better weather.

Stole my deposit…called weeks in advance to edit my reservation and the man in charge was never around to do it.then after trying again I was confident it was edited. Then apon arrival learned it was not and was billed for 700$ with of days …We are sorry about the circumstances with your rental but with a cancelation on 3 days of a 5 day rental the day before your rental pickup with our cancelation policy you lost the deposit on the 3 days canceled. This was explained to you during the cancelation on Sept 24th and you were completely ok with it at that time. We delivered your machine on the 25th and it was used for the 2 day duration with no complaints as well. However, several days after your rental period you called our office to then complain about losing the deposit due to the cancelation and again was explained our policies. With our business to show fairness to everyone we follow our policies. Sorry for any inconveniences and we do hope to accommodate you in the future. Note: Shows your character as a small business owner to write a negative review of another small business for only following their policies. Also show’s the type of persons you are an your sense of entitlement by offering to remove this review if you get your way.

All still green last weekend. We stayed in Matewan and went to Gilbert Monday.
