We traveled from Florida and South Carolina , we were nervous about riding the Atvs in the mountains. Ken took his time riding with each driver ensuring we were able to drive safely. It really meant a lot to us that he took the time to make us feel comfortable. We had an amazing tour!! Ken was awesome with his knowledge of the trails and the history of the mountains and surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend touring with Ken!! We will be BACK for sure!!!!! I know on the Putney side you park at the bottom of the mountain where some of the cabins are and it don't take 5 min from the park area to the trails .. Its a great place to ride I love it there... Hope you have a good time..
We stayed at cabins called Black Mountain Cabins located fairly close to the Black Mountain Offroad Park. The phone # for the cabins is 606-273-8070.
Not sure about fishing or swimming but it's a great off road park for sxs, jeeps and crawlers.
Yes u can go into Harlin and there is always a dollar general around lol
