I had an awful cut on my hand, very painful needed stitches! I saw Dr. Jennifer Lane who was outstanding! She was so informative, and put me completely at ease! She had to give me injections, and stitches… awful to go through but her ability to keep me calm and comfortable made an unpleasant experience manageable! She is a pro with great”bed side manner” She has also reached out to me at home on her day off! Very hard to find competence and caring doctors!!!!! Carbon Health in Woodland Hills is always efficient, clean and make an effort to make experience as easy and enjoyable as possible! If I could give more the 5 stars I would!!!

I went to Carbon Health for a covid test and they are so professional and thorough. I had made an appointment on line and once I got there I was very well taken care of. Unlike other places someone actually took my vital signes and talked to me. Then when the provider came in she explained some questions I had before taking the swab. They got things done quickly and kindly and in professional manner. Plus they follow up with a report and suggestions and to check on me. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend.

I took my brother who has special needs to urgent care, because he injured himself during a transfer. We originally went to the Sherman Oaks location and then they sent us to Woodland Hills. Over all, the actual care was excellent, the medical staff was very nice. My brother has cerebral palsy with limited mobility, so I had to help get a bunch of X-rays for his injured leg. It turned out he had a tiny fracture in the tibia, so with my help they got him in a half cast. So 5 stars for care. I only took a star for the overall review, because I think their staff who answer the phones and work at the desk need to be educated more in different types of insurance. It also might be helpful to invest in something that can pull up a persons insurance info to tell instantly whether that insurance is accepted(I know other urgent cares that have this.) At the end of the visit we were told they don’t take my brothers plan(which is a medicare/medical plan). They make you leave a credit card for billing, so hopefully I don’t get a huge charge for all this.
