I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have given it numerous chances to get better and it gets worse each time. My latest experience which will be my last was a mobile order. After waiting 20 minutes in my car I went in to check my order. Waited an additional 5 minutes to find out my receipt was thrown on the floor and had not even been started. At this point i ask for a refund and wait another 5 minutes for someone who can assist. Finally my money was returned without even giving a simple apology. It's my assumption the woman in the purple shirt who gave me my refund was the manager and she did not even say a word to me as she processed the refund. Drove next door to mcdonalds and had my food in under 5 minutes. Do NOT waste your time or money at this wendys!

I RARELY eat FF . I've gone to this Wendy's 3 times in about 2 years. So this was the 3rd time as of today. And they got it WRONG AGAIN. I'm not the only one. And they want $15 an HR?? YA. OK. And have the CUTTERS cover their arms at the counter and drive thru !!!

They employees themselves aren't bad, but if you go later I'm the day the wait time increases drastically as they can get overwhelmed easily. Would not recommend going for a "quick bite" if you're going in the evening. You may or may not be there waiting for twenty minutes.
