Took my coat in for repair after I broke the zipper pull when I stepped on it ( don't ask how) . I called and Becky told me when to bring it in. Gave her the coat and 5 minutes later it was fixed and was no charge. And I got a free lifesaver while I waited. What more could you ask for ?

I can customize a dress, however there are limitations to what can be done with a ready made dress.
