The way this place really sucked But the person named KEON WASN'T EXTREMELY HELPFUL WALK US THROUGH EVERYTHING GIVE YOU SOME EXTRA IDEAS THIS GUY IS THE TOP NOTCH IN HIS PLACE SORRY BIG MISTAKE GOT HOME LOAD PHONE START PLAYING WITH IT IT DID NOT WORK IT WAS AFTER MIDNIGHT GAVE UP ME AND MY WIFE CALLED THE NEXT DAY. SPENT OVER A HOUR .COME TO FIND OUT THIS PERSON DID NOT ACTIVATE EITHER PHONE IF YOU NOTICE YOU WHERE 5 STARS NOW PUT YOU AT 1 STAR 1 STAR

I needed a new phone and went to this location because it was close to me. I was told my wait time would be about an hour but I could get a text notification if I didn't want to wait in the store. To my surprise, my text came in about 40 minutes later. Rafael worked with me. My phone was incredibly old and I had no idea what to look for, what features might be best for me or what plans were even available. Rafael was SO great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. I had so many question. He probably spent a good hour with me and never rushed me or seemed to mind if he had to explain things in more depth so I knew I was getting what I needed. I highly recommend this location and even more importantly Rafael. He offers exemplary customer service.

I'm went here to upgrade my phone and got very bad experienced. Eric who work on the third table is so rude. He doesn't care about work but focus on his phone all the time and help me nothing!!! Finally, I couldn't endure and decided to walk out to somewhere else.

If I could give this store a ZERO I would most definitely would! We came in and the associate that helped us out Emory had an air pod in his ear listening/watching music videos on a tablet the entire time that he attempted to help us out. We asked for 2 iPhones 13 and were provided the iPhone minis, both phones were for my parents which are older and were not aware that they were priced the incorrect ones. Once we realized the associated had no idea what he was doing, we went back to the store to speak to the manager and of course he hid and did not want to speak to us. Now we are responsible for the restocking fee when the Verizon associate made the mistake. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

If ur issue is that the apps are not opening try deleting the "Android distemper webviewr" and re-installing. That worked for me

HI Do you replace batteries in iphone 6S and what is the cost of the battery and installation? Is this availble at the La Mesa Grossmont Center location?

I wouldn't know that answer most likely would have to go to the Apple store for that. Verizon can tell you that.

Is this a corporate store? And, what's with the sucky voicemail hell?

1. Yes. 2. It sucks and is representative of every phone interaction I've ever had with the company so at least you have fair warning.

Can I pay my Verizon bill with a check at the store??
