Compassionate & Caring service. I called yesterday from out of State to have flowers delivered to my Best Friend for the loss of her mother. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but the exact colors & sentiment came through in the arrangement. Thank you Hugo's for making her day a little easier.

Worst customer service ever. Employee name Yanet wasn’t able to provide customer service because she said she was closing in 15 min. Then I ask her for a price for flowers that were on display she said $40 and ended up charging $53.00 Money wasn’t an issue I just expected better quality and service at those prices. Besides having bad customer service poor quality most flowers on display looked dead. Do not recommend. Highly recommend shopping else where.

There is only Rude people in this shop, the channel designer box ordered from them did not look like the one that they advertised on instagram. It came with dying flowers with dry petals on it. Waste of money. Use another shop. Will never shop from you again. 😡😡😡😡 if there was a rating less than one you would get it.
