Love my Briggs & Riley Luggage! Very Helpful Staff

One of our suitcases broke and we had to find a luggage store. We did a quick google map and decided to stop by. Owner was very detailed and helpful in helping us choose a new luggage.

THANK YOU for my new 'vegan' Briggs and Riley bags! I was in-store to look for 2 luggage sets, and the only bags that really caught my eye were the Briggs and Riley Commuter bags. The expandable and collapsible design is what really did it for me, however they were made with leather handles and other leather garnishings. I am an ethical vegan and I didn't want to have leather on my bags. Luckily, Savinar Luggage was able customize my bags and replace all the leather with ethical cloth alternatives, and I was able to have 2 vegan-ized Briggs and Riley sets of luggage! It took them about a week to get me the bags, and the bags looked perfect. You would never be able to tell that the materials were switched out. THANKS AGAIN!

Best Luggage Store. EVER. The staff knows luggage and travel, conveys respectful friendliness while making their clients feel welcome. Even when we come dangerously close to lingering past closing. Their prices cannot be beat. My first time stepping into Savinar was in search of a graduation gift for my daughter, the salesperson greeted us immediately with a rare combination of warmth and professionalism - and her guidance was indispensable! Since then Savinar is the only place I will purchase luggage, travel accessories and my favored Baggallini handbags. The product and prices are excellent; equally important the shopping experience is stellar.
