I want to give this store five stars, but I can't. The employees here are great; very knowledgeable and very helpful! But quite a few aisles look "forgotten" (out of order, missing shelf pricing, under-stocked) and the store (just like ALL JoAnne's) look like a depressing warehouse: exposed ceilings, depressing hospital-hallway paint job, and old tile. But as I mentioned, the employees are GREAT!

There was a very nice young lady demonstrating sewing machines. Told her I was having trouble with my old Singer serger. She said to bring it in and she will check it out for me. Wonderful! The lady at the cutting table was not customer friendly. But, that's okay. Everyone has a bad day every now and then. The JoAnn's in the Del Amo Fashion mall is HUGE and modern. Check it out 🙂.

The store 10 out of 5. This one lady, I'll get her name next time... she's so rude. I give her customer service -10. She has this high and mighty personality, and treats customers as if she's doing a great deed. She hasn't been rude to me, but the way she carries herself and the way she treats nice customers is fked up, to say the least. So I have to speak up. If she ever spoke to my mom like that I'd go off on her fugly face.

I never even saw any there. I asked once about them and the clerk said she had no idea what I was talking about.

If it has yarn, I don't know which one you say, but the store is very well stocked. I recommend many fabrics and paintings and things for cakes ect.
Elastic is a bit scares now a days but you can always check online stock to make sure they have it before going to the store!!
