No longer is it VILLA, now it's been changed to DTLR. I was the first one in line in MARSHFIELD PLAZA, the staff opened up, came back out, took a trip to Dunking Donuts, we saw this when they came back because they said NOTHING to us when they left us out in the COLD!!!! Then when they opened the doors, we were told that we have to be on a RESERVED LIST!!! In order to get on the list you have to bring a TOY!!!! I STRONGLY recommend that if you want JORDANS with no UNPROFESSIONAL HASSLE, go to CITY SPORTS, I walked IN with my MONEY, & walked out with my SHOES!!!

The staff was nice. Funny. Informative. Helpful. Store was clean, bright, and welcoming. Music was playing it was a cool atmosphere to be in. But those managers they have, suck! Their attitude needs to be refined!

They have awesome customer service. Great leadership is very reflective in this store. My son and I shop here often. I'm teaching him how to shop and they are very helpful in this process as well. Keep it up
