This doesn’t even deserve one star. I ordered door dash, they screwed up the order and when I went to pick up items, the manager called me a liar and refused to give me missing items. I can’t help it if there staff is so incompetent they can’t get orders right. This isn’t even the first time. It happenes ALL THE TIME. I only ever order from there for the frostys but when I order I spend $80-90 at a time. This is a least twice a week. They definitely just lost my business. God forbid you try to get what you paid for. You must by lying, they don’t make mistakes according to them. Corporate will also hear about this. Worst customer service experience ever! This “new manager” needs to go back into training. Clearly he’s not ready for his own store.
