I joined Lead the Way Fitness with a temporary membership while my husband was being treated at City of Hope. I loved everything about this gym, the trainers, the community and the workout format. They are a 5 star gym all around! If you live in Monrovia or the surrounding area, or like me, find yourself temporarily relocated to this area, I highly recommend that you give them a try!

I recently started my journey to a healthier me and stumbled across Lead The Way Fitness while searching Yelp to find a gym near my home. I am overjoyed to have found this gym. The coaches are amazing, friendly, always call you by your name and genuinely care about you and your fitness journey. They also provide encouragement throughout the classes and always push me to work harder. And if that isn't enough, Lead The Way Fitness provides its members with meal plans and the coaches personally reach out to you periodically to see if you need any help or encouragement. The workouts are challenging but not discouraging and the small group format fosters a family environment among gym goers - high fives and cheering each other on is normal.

The energy at Lead The Way Fitness is always high. The staff manage to create a positive safe space to workout in regardless of your individual fitness level. You will not find this type of personal attention and enthusiasm at any other gym. I fully recommend Lead The Way Fitness 100%.

This is a great gym. The coaches are extremely patient and helpful. Class sizes range from individual to larger groups. You will always be encouraged to work at your own pace, and be your best self.

Hi Loretta! This is Mark with Lead The Way Fitness Monrovia. Thank you so much for your interest in joining our Program. Our Membership is only for $37/weekly or you do $147/monthly. In our Fitness Program, you will get unlimited sessions both AM and PM. You will get a very good Nutrition plan that will guide you through reaching your Nutrition needs and a Personal Coach to train you during the workout, your coach will keep you inspired and motivate you during your experience with us. What are your current Fitness Goals, Loretta?
Our workouts are just 30 minutes and they focus on your big muscle groups so you burn the most amount of fat. They are designed to tone your body by combining strength and cardio. We have morning and evening sessions. Our FIRST CLASS starts every 530AM. Here is the complete schedule of our exercises: Monday - Friday (530am, 8am and 9am) and (5pm, 6 and 7pm). NO PM sessions during Friday. And Saturday 8am and 9am. Would our session times work for you, Claudia?
