Made an order on line and use my points for the order they kept me waiting for 1½hr just to find out that they canceled the order, call them and didn't know what to do no one knew what to say so I use all the points for an order that they cancel

Needing my signature for a pizza I pre paid for was not cool! This was supposed to be a drop off but your delivery guy insisted I come out to sign for something already paid for. He handed the food to me. So much for keeping safe and no touch delivery!

Second time ordering from this location & second time disappointed. You have to say extra sauce to get even a hint of sauce. First time they had to come back bc the original had no sauce. This time, same issue only they’re closed so the phone doesn’t let me talk to anyone even though the delivery guy left a few moments ago. Never again. Will be there in the morning for a refund.

I don't know but everytime I ordered from this place, I would a great pizza, wings and a 2L Pepsi and now I don't get the same deal. I don't this place anymore bcs guests can't enjoy their food at the pizza place like at other places.
