I have always liked Taco Bell and their tacos are my very favorite item on the menu. They don't skimp on the fillings and you can't beat the price. This Taco Bell is nice and clean with a great staff. The service is fast and efficient.

Fast food restaurants have gotten so skimpy on the portions, that it's not event worth the money! I ordered the Mexican pizza combo because that is my only fav thing to eat from Taco bell. It didn't have really any meat or beans. Like one corner had some and the rest didn't.

Absolutely the worst location on Palmdale Road in Victorville! Ordered online and picked up inside. We were the only people inside. I'm taking in account that the drive thru was busy so I was patient at first. Waited 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. And only after I saw 5 employees including the manager just talking, and not about the orders...I said excuse me, I'm here to pick up my online order. They said they were working on it. After 5 minutes I was asked what I needed, and let them know I was waiting for my order. He then said "my bad, your order was already done." He handed me a bag with 2 of the Mexican pizzas. I asked for the rest, and he looked confused. The rude manager comes and brings another bag, and asks what kind of sauces. I asked for 3 of each. Then I asked for my Baja Blast, and she says "we don't have it now, what else do you want. Granted... I was already there almost half of an hour! We get home, only to find our order was completely wrong, and there were no sauces in the bag!!! We can't even call the location because no one answers, and the voicemail will not allow messages, and asks to call back during non peak hours! Maybe retrain staff and management with better customer service etiquette and accuracy.

Went there today 04/25/2022 for the 1st time in wow 9 months maybe 10 months and I wanted a Chupla well the flat bread was not thawed out so couldn't have that..then I got something else..then wanted a Dr pepper because I don't drink Pepsi got up to window to pay and was told they no longer serve Dr.pepper.so I ended up getting Root beer.so never again will I back..
