For it to be around my old school was just the best thing ever and just top tier stores of my childhood. Stores like gamestop are slowly withering away. Best to enjoy and experience them now than remembering them tomorrow. Sadly I have no interest or desires to go to a GameStop anymore. This place specifically always has a place in my heart.

They have great service but I would recommend them getting more consoles and brand new ones because if they did it would be a win win because they would get money and we would get consoles

Just got told they’ll hold an Xbox for pickup. I came in 15mins, waited for 15 while one guy was on the phone and another just walking around. They finally tell me they sold it to someone else. Just now. I asked him why would he sell a item on hold. Items can’t be placed on hold. Which he says he told me on the phone. He did not. Also why ask for my name to hold the item? GameStop needs to step it up. Their service has been awful for years but this is neck level.

Well the way they did curb side as well, for me, I called ahead, told them what I needed, told me to call again once I arrive, they had a table outside and I called again told em I was outside assured him I was the person that had called before and what I wanted, gave him my credit card in this plastic bin the cashier had, he went inside came back with my purchase and gave me my receipt and that was it. Don't have to be an online order just call ahead for what you want =:3
