Every year I send my wife an arrangement for our wedding anniversary. Its always a dozen red roses mixed with one white calla lilly for every year we've been married. We're up to 21 callas. This year as usual I placed the order to be delivered to her office. I love surprising her. Not that shes really surprised at this point but its still a nice attempt and afterall it has become tradition. Unfortunately my wife became ill this year and wasn't able to go into work. I called the florist when they opened and explained the situation to the answering service( yeah you rarely get the actual shop anymore). They said they would make the change and postpone the delivery. Two hours later I get a picture of an arrangement sitting on a counter from my wife. Apparently the arrangement was delivered anyway. There was some mix up between their answering service and the actual floral shop. I contacted the shop and they stated the designer dropped it off to get it their early. They didn't see anyone there and left it. Im guessing when the boss came in he saw it, took and sent the picture. The shop offered to go back and get it but whats the point? Surprise ruined. The big arrangement will just sit there I guess for a few days maybe through the weekend until she feels better and goes back to work. 21 years, first screw up. I'll have to find a floral shop I can deal directly with for piece of mind. I try to deal local and with small Mom and Pop shops but apparently even they're commercializing. The answering service sounded Southern. Between having to deal with an answering service and an employee just leaving an arrangement in an empty office earns my 3 star rating.

Absolutely loved my experience with Hatfield Florist! I ordered some flowers to have delivered to my wife at her place of business, and every part of the process was smooth and quick. Not only were their prices incredibly reasonable compared to 1-800-Flowers and websites like that, but I even asked them to have the flowers delivered within a certain window, and they were more than happy to make that happen for me. Communication with them was very fast, which key when having flowers delivered. Overall, I would say that this is by far my best experience with a florist, and I will definitely be ordering from them again next time I am in the market for flowers. I highly recommend Hatfield Florist!

My husband and I got married on November 21st 2020. We had to cancel our original venue and move the wedding to my parents house due to Covid. Hatfield Florist was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! They were so supportive through the fairly last minute venue switch and made many wonderful recommendations to our original order to accommodate the new venue. They were on time with the delivery and set everything up beautifully! We received so many compliments on the flowers and all the bridesmaids loved their bouquets. We would definitely recommend Hatfield Florist!!
