The store is supposed to be a truck stop. Can't understand why there is no hot food after 9-930 pm if not earlier every day. Didn't know they were under the 14/10 rule and they don't drive. There seems to be a wait between the kitchen bringing the hit food to refill the displays up front. The store is slowly improving in service but they still have a long way to go. Michaela going u management should be a good move since she was an employee who actually worked. If the employees would just work for their managers the way they would have them wish did them then something would get done. Still need to keep more staff on hand to keep the front from holding customers up in a long line.

What is the point in reserved parking when staff will not clear the free loaders out. Paid for a spot knowing that I would not get in until after 1am and no spots available. When in and talked to staff which was of no help at all. But they did give me a number to corporate to call. But wait thier closed. So at 1am no hours no place to park and not even a refund for the space. Thanks pilot for NOTHING.

LIES! The sign on the freeway and maps said 24 hours (the business confirmed 4 days ago). My wife and I pulled in to relieve ourselves during a road trip and they were closed! We saw at least a dozen other cars turn around in the parking lot within a 5 minute span which means they were fooled as well. 10/10 wouldn’t trust it

Lot is pretty tight, everyone is trying to leave and come in at the same time, so it can lead to some grief. But it has wide open fields, so my puppy loved it :]
