So I’ve been here a couple times… I usually get the same lady I think her name is Nena. She’s great! But today when l went she wasn’t there an some other lady did my eyebrows. I don’t member her name I think it was Dema or Gema… something like that. She was THE WORST! She doesn’t listen and she’s rude. I’m explaining to her how I usually get my eyebrows because I’ve never had her before. She was rushing me an somewhat rolling her eyes. I also told her I wanted lip, chin, brow. I had to tell her 4 times cuz she don’t listen. Everytime I told her she rolled her eyes… well if you would LISTEN then I wouldn’t have to repeat myself. I should be rolling my eyes. Then she did my eyebrows wrong. She tryna rush an get done an did it wrong. If u don’t wanna do ya job then stay home!!! There was no customers in there jus me…. An she was sitting down doing nothing. If anything u should be happy I came in to give u something to do because u are AT WORK… so WORK! Won’t be going back.

I went here on Wednesday after having been many times before. I received an eyebrow, upper lip, and eyebrow threading. This time was different because the lady not only left my eyebrows uneven, she also cut my lip and left me with acne all around where my treatment was. I didn’t want to leave a negative review so I contacted the store and spoke to someone there where they sent me to call a different number. When I did so the lady was dismissive and offered a free eyebrow threading. Thank you but no thank you. The damage was already done. I’ve never had acne in my life and she tried to blame it on my hormones instead of her own workers being unclean. This was completely unacceptable to me and even though I’ve been going for 5 years to 4 of their locations. I won’t be returning to any of them ever again. Take my advice and don’t go unless you want them to completely mess up your skin as well.
