I used to go to Great Nails, which I loved, but my girl was NEVER on time. I always had an appointment and it never failed I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. So I went to several other local nail salons until I found Red Persimmons. Suong (Sunny) does a fantastic job and she is ON TIME for my appointments. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly.

These two girls working there must be miserable because they called my daughter’s over and did not introduce themselves or talk the whole time! I tried initiating conversation with Christina ( I think her name was) and she seemed annoyed that I tried talking to her. Through out the visit she was constantly checking her phone and even joked about how much she hated her kids! So awkward and unprofessional! What happened to service with a smile??? We have been there before and saw Joe and Anna and they were great! Not to mention my daughter’s gel manicure was already chipping that same night! Will never go there again!

I walked in to make an appointment for the following day with Christina. We show up to the appointment on time and Christina didn’t show up to work which is fine, maybe she was sick. So another lady started to take my daughter and the the owner said no take the other girl she was here first. Then the manicurist said but she had a appointment. Then the owner says I don’t care. So done with this place and have been going here for years.
