Jason has restored my faith in Verizon! I’ve been with Verizon for well over 15 years I’ve experienced their terrible customer service to their excellent service and back to terrible. In the past few years it’s gone to the toilet. But Jason was phenomenal. Needed to upgrade my mothers phone we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. This guy deserves a freaking raise!! Thank you Jason for restoring my faith in the company. Damn good job!

Young lady( working )? there on Sunday 10/24 if being asked by customers for assistance says many things must be charged. Seems to discourage customers, therefore as people leave, she then enjoys doing nothing the day .
