I've been a customer with Life Storage in Asbury Park NJ for approximately 11 years, and I've never had one complaint. The customer service has always been top notch. Whether in person, or over the phone, the professionalism always resulted in my being more than satisfied!!!!!! Although Chris is no longer there( who was very friendly, helpful, and professional), Kaimay A, was just as friendly, courteous, and professional as his predecessor!! On 11/2/21, "K" took my payments for both of my units, and his demeanor, as well as his professionalism, brightened my day! This young man is definitely an asset to the company! Kudos to "K" , and the rest of the Life Storage team members.

We’ve had wonderful experiences with Asbury Park’s Life storage location! Chris and his team are incredibly helpful and friendly! The units are clean and very accessible. We’ve used 2 units for the past 6 months when we had to move out for house renovations. The efficiency and ease of use made moving all our furniture so convenient.
