Friendliest person was Lissette. Liked that they have parking, appreciate the affordability. Place was clean. No restrictions on the Dollie’s. This is moving experience, as we progress in time we will see the customer service.

DO YOU LIKE HASSLES, BAIT AND SWITCH??? The POC faciltiy and floor staff are nice (5 stars) The non-POC owners REALLY DON'T CARE about customer loyalty AT ALL - they know they "gotcha" due to a remote location. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. Sudden rent INCREASES of about 30% in a SUDDEN 30 day notice ARE typical "gotcha" tactics employed EACH YEAR. Any FAIR request is automatically DENIED. Also, the moving division is very disorgainzied with [3-5hrs] lateness being common, as told by others. Ask yourself: "DO YOU WANT MORE HASSLES, STRESS IN YOUR BUSY LIFE?"
