unorganized , lazy STAFF !!! THEY LET THE PHONES RING TO BE spiteful. Dealing with them from a store in florida and there customer service is a joke. i just moved from staten island and games i have resevered at the staten store they won't help the transfer to the other store even though it's a easy process.

Went into this gamestop to buy stuff asked for something that was behind glass. I paid for the items then I bought something else there were 2 workers working at the time I paid with one and the other one watched me pay. Then the worker says u didn't pay for that item after the other worker had already rang it up and it was also behind glass so there is no way for me to get it without being rang up for the item. This was not great customer service. I have had better experiences in the past but will probably not be going back anymore.

My experience in GameStop was very professional and I felt like I was the only customer there David at GameStop took his time helping me with everything I need ed and his level of customer service was 💯% thank you David . This GameStop is fully stocked with everything and very organized. Will highly recommend ask for David Guadalupe .

They have every system if not they will order for and you can have it delivered to your home instead of picking it up
I was there 2 hours ago i got my Ho-oh code it was quiet too. I saw no signage saying hours were any different.
I think you might be able to get store credit so you can put it towards your next purchase maybe hope this helps.
It's kind of iffy in that case you will probably get more done if you go in store.
