First, I ordered the pizza, and in less that 10 minutes, I received an email that pizza was done. As I walk in, there was no pizza ready and waited about 15 minutes as a new pizza was being made for me. The pizza was subpar as the crust was awful. Stay away from this place, save some time and money going to a local spot or another chain.

Ordered pickup 4hrs in advance and my order was not ready. Then the cashier gave me a hot n ready pepperoni when I paid for ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni which is almost double the price. And then tried to convince me that it was the same thing. Why would cost almost double if it was the same pizza?

Pizza was amazing, but this location needs a computer system update. Ordered via the app 2hrs prior and paid. Arrived at store and Order was not ready or in their system. Cashier was oblivious and lost and needed training.

I placed an online order for pickup today. I had an email confirmation and order number. When I arrived they told me they didn't have my order and refused to make it. I had already paid and they told me it wasn't their problem. Stay away. Zero stars.
