I put a star because I can't put 0. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED. NEVER AGAIN... I sent a package to Ecuador almost 3 weeks ago and I don't even know where it is, what happened to it. I wrote the first time to ask and they washed their hands and didn't give me an answer. I've written twice more and they READ the messages and don't answer. They NEVER answer calls. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I don't know when I decided to send my package with these people. I don't recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience. You have absolutely no way to track your package. NEVER AGAIN SERIOUSLY.
