8/4/22 I've never had the happy hour sliders oh my God these are so good with the lettuce wrap. The perfect amount of spices and pepper . Typically I don't write a review while I'm eating but I just had to right now . Excellent service Great sliders. I should have taken a picture. My friend took me here for dinner a few days ago. I've been here for brunch many times but never for dinner. I had the small Sashimi salad. It was so beautiful I was hesitant to touch it with a fork or chopsticks. It was also almost too much for me to eat. Needless to say, but I shall, it was wonderful and the miso dressing was surprisingly perfect. I find so many restaurants wash out the Miso so I can hardly taste it. I will definitely return to have that salad again. 7/3/22... my Earth Mother Yolanda and I got here a little late for breakfast so we had to order from the lunch menu. I wanted the Sashimi salad but they didn't have a sushi chef yet. Our server suggested the Poke Bowl but I didn't want the rice. She was able to accommodate Me by using lettuce instead and she even got me the miso dressing that comes with the Sashimi salad. Very happy with the suggestion and service. And don't get between Yolanda and her shrimp cocktail, you do so at your own risk! 8-14-22 just had breakfast with Yolanda again. Our sever Jackie was great.

Sweet restaurant with outside seating in the middle of downtown Ojai. Food was good but our server was a little distracted and forgot our about us a few times. (It wasn’t busy) I recommend the crab cakes!

We went to Sea Fresh for our dinner date night. The seating is nice on an outdoor patio that is enclosed with heating. It was a little loud once the restaurant began to fill up. I could hear conversations from the other tables. Overall, the food was good, but basic. I ordered grilled artichoke, beet salad and the blackened salmon. The artichoke was fine. The beet salad was a letdown. It was large and the beets needed to be bite size. The flavor was over powering with too much cheese. The salmon was fresh but nothing special about it. I really wanted to be wowed, but it was just basic and ok.

We were in Ojai for the first time a few weeks ago and we were in the mood for seafood. At Sea fresh, I ordered Wild Pacific sand dabs which comes with rice pilaf. The rice pilaf was very dense, didn't eat much of it but the fish was great. My husband got fish and chips, and the fish was excellent as well. Nice atmosphere, attentive waiters. We didn't find a place inside so we have to seat in the patio and the heat was just terrible, I wish there was a fan, maybe it's just because we're not from the area. We didn't have to wait tough. They also have live lobster and fresh fish for sale.
