It seems that these days, good customer service is a rare commodity. Great customer service is all but extinct. That being said, my wife and I went to Braman BMW in Jupiter and had what we both felt was the best buying experience in our car buying lives. The experience began with salesman Steven Lee. He took both my wife and myself on separate test drives so that he could explain the vehicle top to bottom - and he knew his product well. There wasn’t a question we had that he didn’t know the answer to. He was very kind and patient and not pushy in the slightest. We definitely wanted the car but they couldn’t deliver it that day. So we put down a deposit and we were told that we could pick it up the next day. Unfortunately, that next day was very hard for us to get up to Jupiter to finish the sale and take possession of the vehicle. Steve said, “Not a problem. How about if I deliver the vehicle to you and bring a genius with me to go over everything at your home?” It was so easy. Steven and the company genius came to our home that evening and delivered our beautiful BMW Z4. The genius, Drew, was indeed just that. The man knew everything there was to know - and there’s a lot to know. When we finished our lesson on the car, we paid the balance and they thanked us for our business and left. The next day, I sold my Infiniti and wished I had used those custom plates instead of having Braman put the boring generic Florida plates on the BMW. So I called my salesman, Steven, who had given me his personal cell phone, and told him what I wished had been done. Even though it was his day off, he made a few inquiries and called me right back - “Mr. Pearlman, can you bring the car and the plate you want on the car into the dealership? We would be more than happy to make the switch for you.” He didn’t make it sound like a hassle or anything. Just solid customer service. In conclusion - it was without question the best, most friendly and professional car buying experience I have even had and I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. And see Steven if he’s there. The dude is a rock star.

By far the best sales experience my wife and I have had. We went to the dealership (an hour before they close) and met with Craig as our sales associate. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful, he was very courteous on time. We informed him that we wanted to be in and out with buying a new BMW. And he did just that. Between the approval process (we got approved through BMW finance thanks to the finance team!) and to when we drove out of the dealership, it took under an hour. Nick whos the GM and his team are absolutely a breath of fresh air in the car buying experience for us as consumers. You can tell the difference between going to their dealership and the white glove service, and going to a regular dealership where you have to negotiate and hackle and at times, argue with the dealership on a good offer. Thank you guys, my wife and I will definitely be coming back for the X7 in the future! - John
