This Honda visit was interesting to say the least. After scheduling an 8am Saturday appointment with a clear intention to buy good year tires for my 2018 Honda, I was upsold a more expensive tire as they suddenly “didn’t have good-year in stock” I Was very patient as I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours to be completely thrown off with the next sequence of events. My representative Lidorys comes to me & informs me that my car is ready to go alas they needed to jump it to start the vehicle. I waved this off as them trying to sell me a new battery on the way out. Why would my 2018 Honda Accord that gets roughly 150 miles a week have a dead battery? Even so, if I was driving with a dead battery, wouldn’t I come across this issue sooner than my scheduled appointment at Honda? But anyhow I leave the building & ask for my key to drive away and am told once again my car battery is dead & needs a jump. This time I’m irate, I speak to my representative & his higher up & ask how coincidental is it that the day I get to this appointment my car battery dies. The manager informs me this happens often, so I write this review in hopes to find other customers who dealt with this rather peculiar coincidence. In addition to this disaster of a scenario, as soon as I left the lot I saw the errors pop up below. The first 3 I was able to get a clean image of but the rest my camera messed up. The ironic part of this entire situation is that all the messages say take it back to your local dealer & the only thing I can think is I would never visit that dealer ever again. Note: After my visit I promptly went to an AutoZone & they confirmed my battery was DEAD: 0%. As I had never seen signs / indicators prior to my visit that my battery needs to be changed , & also after having several maintenance checks I have never been notified so it truly comes as a shock to me as this has happened all so abruptly. This place deserves the 1 star I’m giving it & if I could I would give it zero I would. Stay away from these greedy people as they do not deserve your service. I am appalled my visit went so sour.

Just recently purchased my beautiful 2020 Honda Civic from one of the best salesman there, Jarred! He was really awesome. He was so patient with me and was able to answer my hundreds of questions. He also offered me water & coffee multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. He gave me multiple options and helped me make a decision from the request that I made. No! You must call & give your vehicles vin# ,then they will be able to tell if your vehicles are under the recall or if it's already been serviced.. Either way it's free!
Well I'm not a mechanic, just a customer, so i cannot name a price for but my experience in their service department has always been very good. You can drop off your car and they will give you estimates and recommendations before any repair takes place and you can choose to opt out if you do not like the estimates. They have always been fair to me. Perhaps giving them a call if you know what part you need they could give you a phone estimate. Good luck!

Service is NOT open on Sunday. Sat 7:30-4:30 Mon & Fri 7:30-6:00 T-Th 7:30-9:00
