I took in a laptop with a cracked screen to get a quote for repairs. I only use a mouse, not the touch screen, and the computer was working fine that way. The tech started touching the screen all over and said - “Oh, the touch screen isn’t working.” Now, I can’t use my computer at all (even with my mouse). Going to send it in to HP for repairs, but wouldn’t have had to rush the repairs had the Geek tech not messed it up even further.

My go to place for computers and more. Total tech support covers it all. Geek squad was able to fix 3 computers with issues since the Migration of our website to another hosting company. The only compliant that I have is that Best Buy did not have the laser printer I am seeking to purchase. Highly recommend The Geek Squad.
