Horrible Customer Service! We placed an online catering order first thing in the morning. We were charged for the order along with the delivery fee and tip. We requested order be delivered by 11:45am. When the food did not arrive we called immediately. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I was explaining that we had placed an online order and we were charged. She continually interrupted me and kept talking over me telling me, “No, we don’t have any orders. No online orders. I’m the manager. I’m the owner. The internet is down and we also to have anything.” She would not let me talk and kept saying the same thing. Finally I had had it and told her, “Can you please let me talk! I’m trying to explain that we placed the order online, it went through because my card was charged. Whether you internet works or not is not my problem. You need to figure out how to get our order and deliver it.” She said no we don’t have an order and I can’t refund your money contact grub hub. I kept explaining we didn’t order through grub hub. Finally she found our order online and said they will have it ready but someone will have to pick it up because they sent the grub hub driver away because they didn’t see the order! Unbelievable! Then she said she didn’t know how to refund the delivery fee and tip. I told her they need to refund that portion. The other owner, a gentleman, spoke to my team member that picked up the food as apologized and said he would refund the tip & delivery and discount the food. Still waiting for the credit on my card. Beware and be cautious. What sad is that the food is amazingly delicious. Wish they would up the Customer Service.

Excellent chicken, We Ordered 2 Whole chicken meal; Comes with Large sides & tortillas!!! We selected Two Large potato salad & Large beans!!! Nice Food 👌👌👌!!!

I've heard great stuff about this place, I had to try it myself. Drove 30 miles just to try it, and I gotta say it was worth the drive! The chicken is tender and juicy, but my favorite was the crispy skin! (Drooling). I really really liked the potato salad, I've never tried anything like it. I even went back a couple weeks ago to buy more so that my friends could try it...they loved it! Service is super quick and friendly! Good spot to dine in, it is spacious and clean!

Nicely surprised to find this place open on a holiday. Rotisserie chicken was juicy and would fall from the bone. yum! The side dishes: beans, white rice and potatoe salad were tasty too. Great for last minute dinner or lunch. The staff was attentive.
