Is a very nice store, but the employee joshua, is a jerk, he didn't want to give 50% off in an item that had the price 19.99 displaying, he said he raised the price to 24.99..but there was no other price..there were 3 items with the 19.99 but he just didn't honor, customer is right when they see the price..he wasn't professional or amicable to understand customer comes first.

I totally love this store, but went there the other day and the AC wasn't working. It was HORRIBLE!!! Super hot. We ended up just running out of the place and bought what we needed at Walmart. I don't know how the employees can take it. It's horrible.

The managers at this location are horrendous— that’s a pleasant word to describe them— and lack decorum. I was in an aisle and one of them was sitting on a stack of chairs, on the phone. I asked her for help and she completely ignored and dismissed me. Another day I went into the store and she was degrading and belittling one of the employees for “working too slow”. I was absolutely appalled by the lack of respect for another human being. I frequent this store and I have never seen her lift a finger. They are equally rude, disgraceful, unskilled, and unfit to manage a store. I’ve noticed some of my favorite employees gone over the recent months and I can only assume it is due their lack of professionalism and insolent behavior

My family and I have shopped at this particular store for over 20 years. Always loved the products & prices it was intimidating recently when my sister started working there, did we realize the toxic work environment these workers are forced to excel under. The owner I hear is a decent human being but the "managers" Kelly and Jeena are nothing more than bullies who talk about and down to their employees who make out shopping experience tolerable. No one should work under these circumstances which is intolerable especially in the current times that we live in. HR needs to do a thorough investigation of that place. As a federal employee I know everywhere is subject to typical workroom gossip, but lies, bullying, & attempting to put workers against each other should be unacceptable. It's a place of business not an elementary school. I guarantee you if times weren't as hard as they are and people desperately needed to make ends meet, 90% of the staff there would be a thing of past because of those two young women. I can only hope something is done soon, or those left find something better. Somewhere where they'll enjoy going, and not have to worry about being picked a part or picked on. Thankfully my sister has the supposed and didn't need to accept the abuse any longer. I care too much about humanity and the treatment of an individual ti shop at any Old Time Pottery Store. After all the way you treat people is just an important as your prices and your products. It's unacceptable for an employee to mistreat a customer. It should even be more unacceptable for employees especially managers to mistreat other employees.
