Do not book this hotel! They either stole or threw away everything I owned and left in the room DURING MY STAY when I was not present in the room! If I could give no stars I would! I can’t get in touch with them and there’s is just no way to get my stuff back. The walls are dirty, kitchen amenities broken, shower is horrible, “garden view” is horrible. Can’t lock the door of the room because it just doesn’t work. Can’t lock the front door because it’s not a key, it’s a code and they have the code for the apartment. No fire alarm.. which is illegal not to have in the US. They described the sofa as double and not double bed. The bathroom window doesn’t fully close... It’s a least 20-30min walk from good bars and restaurants. This is what the place actually looks like...

No wifi (called numerous times to ask them to fix it after I was told the cost of wifi is included in my price) but yet had no wifi for the entire stay. There's no parking. And the water was "hypothermically" cold. Literally no hot water and they never responded when I asked you get it fixed. Anyway I checked out early and left the place clean so they don't have a reason to charge me for anything. And there were flies inside and we hadn't even opened any Windows. Big, nasty flies. One of the controls for the lights/fan was missing. I should've just paid for a better hotel since I had to pay for overnight parking, it would've worked out to be the same. Never again.

Let me just say this was the WORST, DIRTIEST, DISGUSTING place we have ever stayed at. My boyfriend and I like to stay many places and this by far was the WORST. The only reason why they have 3 stars is probably the people who own these apartments going on and making reviews for themselves. We check in get escorted to the apartment unit 14, we walk in to the left is a small glass table with chairs (okay) to the right and up a little was dirty bunk beds you would probably find at ran down shelters. Not to mention that i walked into the bathroom and found multiple bugs in the tub and sink. Called the owner... no answer (Surprise, Surprise) then texted him and when he finally answered he moved us to unit 13... walk in scared because of what we just saw it was a TAD bit better however still disgusting to the point where we had to run to Publix down the street to get cleaning supplies which still didnt make a difference so much so we showered with our slippers on!!!!!! Tried calling him back for a refund because there was still bugs AND the WIFI does not work! tried it every day and not once did it start working. Texted the owner and of course he doesnt answer. so we got stuck with a DIRTY DUMP.... oh did i mention the second last day we saw a cockroach run past the kitchen table.... Thank god i brought my own blankets because Lord knows we could not sleep in those sheets, we didnt even feel comfortable enough to use the pillows so we left them on the chair beside the bed...... If i could give a negative star believe me i would... PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE ALL LIES....

This whole place is a catfish. There's no refunds no nothing. I had surgery on the 26th of January and booked this place so I can be comfortable, wrong. We arrived on the 24th of January and it was a horror story. I wanted to cry. I just spent so much money here to stay for a week where the couches wore torn, the white sofa wasn't even white, it was so dirty. The floors felt and look like no one cared to maintain them & it felt cheap!!!!! The walls had marks on them & there was absolutely no hot water. the manager told me to call Travelocity so he can speak to them to help me make moving arrangements, but when Travelocity called he was apparently "out" or "extremely busy" which is a lie. He jokes around with the girl in his dirty little unorganized office. This place was not worth my money & by far the most disgusting place I've ever been to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Find a real hotel, you'll be so much more happier. Oh not to mention my boyfriend and friends got bitten by bugs & it's disgusting!!!! There's also ants every where. Pots and pans are old and the kitchen and bedroom does not look like it does online. BIGGEST CATFISH OF ALL HISTORY!

We stayed here for 1 night in March. The place is very rundown. There was no blanket on the bed, only a sheet. The worst part is that when we got to the room at about 2 am after our concert, we found out there was no hot water. The next morning, as we were leaving, I tried to call the office to let them know. They didn't answer my call but immediately sent me a text asking me to text them instead of calling. I told them we had just checked out and let them know the issues were from our stay. I was then told that I needed to have turned the hot water on in the shower, then turn the hot water on in the kitchen, then let them both run for about 5 minutes, and then the hot water should start working in the shower. I again told her I had just checked out so that info was not helpful anymore and that I should have been given the "secret code" to getting a hot shower in the email before I ever arrived to Miami. They quit responding to my texts and never resolved the issue. Very unprofessional
There is wifi but no ay overlooking the sea.
As per my experience, the $40 is kept on hold and not debited while checking in.

Good luck with that. That place is horrible in every way, wede try calling tje place we checked in at and could never get anyone. It was either busy or disconnected. It took us 3 days staying there until we sayed screw staying there, got a refund for the remainding days we wouldnt stay and packed up and left for me to realize the door never locked behind us onve the whole three days we were there and went somewhere with all our stuff inside. We got it through expedia so had to go through them with pur problems cause we couldnt get a hold of the place we checked in at. Then expected us to drive over there which you should know would take a good half hour probably, just cause they dont want to be tentive to their phones. Even before we checked in we got there early and wanted to see if we could check in early and kept calling and nobody was answering the phone and kept calling for a while never any answer and went in with people right there at the front desk but didnt answer pur calls
