I got to hang out with the best employee, Karen, while trying to find walking shoes. Her fabulous conversation and help guiding me towards picking the best pair made the experience wonderful. I decided on the Flux and am loving the break in period at home. I usually run around the house barefoot and right now I barely notice I have shoes on, they are so comfortable and lightweight!!! Can't wait to try these all over Paris.

I just got off the phone with Brae who facilitated my order for a second pair of Kuru's. I ordered my last pair a week or so ago and my foot pain as well as my hip pain has dissipated. Who knew this was going to change my life for the better! Their footwear is like walking on air! After contemplating a hip surgery, this is by far the better, easier, and cheaper intervention! The customer service is also excellent! It's a winning combination--great product with great service. Thank you!

Evelyn provided great customer service on my exchange. I purchased the Quantum shoes and I usually take a 9 in most brands except Nike which I use a 9.5. With the reviews stating to purchase your regular size I opted for the 9’s, they weren’t quite long enough. Felt my big toe rubbing a little and I know that would have driven me crazy, plus I want these shoes to be just right for the money. I sent Evelyn a message and she responded promptly and assured me we would get them right. She offered to send them to me overnight just like the first pair that I paid for, I was thrilled to hear that because I want to begin having no foot pain in my job as a Med Tech, where I am on my feet all day. Fingers crossed that I don’t need a wide.

I highly recommend KURU shoes! I have found the Quantum to be a great shoe for working out or when you will be on your feet all day. I just ordered my second pair - I love that my toes do not crowd because of the extra room in the front of the Quantum. My husband and my mother-in-law both have foot issues and have also found these to be comfortable and helpful. KURU returns are very easy, in case you order a style or size that does not work for you. Thank you, Claudia, for the recent prompt and excellent customer service!

I'm not sure how big they go in sizes, their customer service is great, we have never had an issue with returns and they are always prompt with getting me what I've needed. I think they are a younger company, I've known about them for maybe 4 years personally and I can't speak highly enough. I have family members who are on their feet all day long, (sister's a nurse, dad's a salesman and my mom is a 1st grade teacher) they've all bought at least two pairs and have nothing but praises. They feel really lightweight and I like that for running personally and the structure is sound. Idk if this helps but I will definitely buy them again in the future.
Not that I know of. They do have free shipping both ways though. And FWIW, they are awesome shoes!
