Really bad service and they gave me receipt of $110./ month and charged me $342. Now i am calling each and everyday for refund but they never pick up the phone. I really dont understand what should i do now.

They are seriously the best! They really make me feel a part of them the coverage for a good price and you have the option to make monthly paymenys and they wont try anything sneeky like Fred Loya. No hidden fees. I always see Valerie, she's very nice and always willing to help with ANYTHING! She comes out with these saving options that you have no idea what it even is and she explains it to you until you understand 100%. If you call and she doesnt answer, be confident that she will return your call very soon within like 20 min. Even small gestures from them go a long way, example: Send you a Personal Happy Birthday Card, Thank you cards, 2 reminder letters about your savings update. Little things like that. So you can see how awesome I believe they are I even recomended them to my mother. If I truly didnt believe they were that awesome with my coverage, prices, their staff and beyond, I wouldnt have recomended my mother. Thank you State Farm!!
