I took my year and 5 month old Lenovo Yoga Laptop in for fan noises/getting hot...Jeff identified the reason immediately, everything was seamless from there! I did hear the fan post pick up, however it wasn't alarmingly noisy. So far, So Good...I'll keep y'all posted :-)

My computer got water in it and they started it up without it being completely dry, causing the motherboard to burn out. They personally took my screen off and I found it cracked, but they denied knowing it was cracked, making it hard to believe. Their negligence caused my computer to never boot up again and I lost $2400 with no evidence to argue with them. The man was not professional or friendly at all, he would only tell me that liquid damage is damage, but I am 100% sure that the short circuit was caused by turning on the machine without cleaning and drying it completely. They should apologize and compensate me for this.
