One of the WORST experience in my LIFE! I do not recommended anyone coming here . My first experience I communicated with the therapist that the pressure was too hard on 1-3 times . Her response was that the body tells her what it needs . I came home and the next day I had a bruise near my rib cage . I called and they gave me a complimentary massage . I decided to give it a try with a more English speaking theorist Who understands what I’m telling her . Once I was given the complimentary massage with a good therapist ( English speaking ) I decided to try once more in giving this location a change with choosing a more English speaking therapist . I went in again and had another massage therapist . My mistake for going with and with trust another Spanish speaking therapist . I told her specifically the mode of pressure to make sure she understands . She says yes yes ok medium. Suggested the bio freeZe which was fine since my lower back was hurting . Her pressure was hard . I mentioned to it her and she said to breathe through it . So I thought that’s how the medium was suppose to be since my back was really tense and had lots of knots . She then decided to use suction cups during the massage which I thought was a new technique . I left feeling ok. Then next day I was more than sore. I was in pain and I have 3 huge bruises from the suction cups she issued . I called management said that’s not a procedure they use . Mind you she did not ask if the cups can be used on me . She just did it . Therapist needs to work on their communication skills and following company’s procedures and protocol . Front desk are super friendly , caring and warm .

Marisol is great! I’ve gone for a couple of facials and a chemical peel with her. She’s so knowledgeable and detailed. Explains everything so you know what’s happening and does such a thorough job! She’s extremely professional and I highly recommend her!
