I bought a used Maytag washer from here about 11 months ago. It was not perfect, but they have an excellent warranty and repair service. They were always responsive, and when my washer had a problem just slightly out of the warranty period they still came and fixed it without charging me. That bit of service won them a five-star rating.

Washer that I purchased made horrible grinding noise the very first time I used it. It said right on my receipt that I could exchange it, but when I tried to do that they were really rude. Finally I just demanded my money back. I was trying to follow their rules until they got insulting about it, then I was done following their rules. It's unacceptable to sell a machine that doesn't work and expect me to keep it.
