My (150 unit) buildings fire alarm has been going off at all hours (sometimes 10x 20x per day) for months. I've been calling mbfd for weeks at all hours and getting 0 response. (As have numerous tenants) Im unable to reach a human without calling 911. (Emergency honestly doesn't care anymore since they're getting so many calls a bout this.) mbfd number is endless automated bs. It's to the point where if a fire actually breaks out, im terrified that no one in my building will take it seriously. Ive had to disable my units wired in personal fire alarm due to it sounding for no reason , and have purchased one that works without my buildings system. Why is mbfd never showing up for a huge apartment building on deco walks alarm?...nor answering their phone? Even during their designated "business hours". Why aren't they taking this seriously? Obviously something is very seriously wrong with our fire alarm. If you work for mbfd and are reading this. Please please please find out why this is happening.

Visit the Fire and Rescue looking for information regarding a missing person (July 15, 2018). Was kindly attended by Mr. Bloomfield Mbfd., he patiently listen and diligently seek information and provided advice. During my stay, I witness the friendly ambient at the Fire and Rescue, he took the time to congratulated a junior member of the force for an effective rescue, grated all and mange to attend to my request. Thank full and proud of our Service Persons at Miami Beach Fire Rescue. Happy tax payer.
