Very dirty behind everyone. Dust everywhere. Gel manicure ok but regular manicure is awful, not even. How can the manicurist be doing nails with her own nail so long. Not professional at all. I don't know how Ocean drive named them one of thr best salons in 2021. Mayne then but not now. Never coming back.

You get 1 chance to make a first impression. This place wasn't great. My nails have been chipping ever since i got them painted. Day 1 now its 7 days and they're a wreck. I cant deal. I dont want to go back after I have my nails painted. If I need to Im done with the salon. And sorry to say Alibi Im done.

I made them sterilize the instruments. When I showed up, they took tools from a glass with blue water, not from an individual package from a sterilizing machine. I asked them to out it to sterilize. The girl who did my manicure and pedicure was nice, but she has no clue how to do nails cover. Gel polis is all over my skin and it looks like a kid did my polish just for fun. Same with my pedicure. The polish is all over the skin it doesn’t look nice and clean. I would love to submit a photo and show it to you.

Jorge was the best technician I’ve ever had in 30 years across almost 50 states. !!! My nails have never looked so good!!! Like a celebrity .The salon/ manager was professional and Covid 19 responsible and sanitized well! The pedicure technician used a sanding machine that I have never seen before that made my feet feel and look incredible!!! Money well spent, now I have to figure out how I can fly here from the Baltimore/DC area regularly to get that celebrity look on a regular !
