Well is just like any Miami home depot, associates dont like to help customers, if u ask them anything they will give u an attitude or bad face, is just so different in other states but well, nothing u can donis just Miami these days.

Parents purchased impact windows from Home Depot and Home Depot had a 3rd party come and installed them and May. They left the job unfinished and said they would come out and finish the job. 2 months later and they have yet to finish the installation. We called Home Depot and when we’re transferred to the 3rd party, we continue to get the same runaround. I expect better from Home Depot. As a company, If you use 3rd parties to complete installations, why not hold them accountable to ensure they actually complete said jobs.

Asked first associate where to find glue or adhesive, she said in a very heavy accent to hold on. (She obviously didn't speak English). The next associate was very polite and knew exactly where to send me. On my way I stopped yo look at some shelving and had a question...asked a passing associate if it was possible to get the shelving cut and she said yes, but didn't offer to find someone. So I went to customer service where I would have to wait in a long line.then went to self check out and asked the lady there to call for assistance to shelving and she said ok, I even heard them call for CS in shelving, but no one came, so I paid for my two items and left.

I am a Pro Member and I choose Home Depot over other stores because of the customer service, the cleanliness of the stores, and the quality of materials. This store has none of that and I am disappointed to say any jobs I have in the Florida City/Homestead area I will be going to Lowe’s.
